Avery Hall Investments Submits Pre-Filing Documents for 680 Baltic Street

Avery Hall Investments has officially submitted pre-filing documents for 680 Baltic Street, their new, SLCE Architects-designed mixed-use, mixed-income development in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The project which will include a large open pedestrian plaza along with expansive outdoor space for the residents. 680 Baltic Street will feature 225,600 SF of total development spread across 2 separate buildings which each will rise 6-stories, or 73'. The project will feature 120 residential units, 200 parking spots, and residential amenities including storage for 154 bicycles, a fitness center, laundry center and outdoor terraces.
