New renderings have been revealed for the new residential project to be located at 32-65 107th Street in East Elmhurst, Queens. The project was first announced in 2015 and is under development by Qin Li of Triple 8 Real Properties. 32-65 107th Street is being designed by Lu Ning Architecture and will rise 7-stories while featuring 20 residential apartment units spread over 20,054 SF. The project will also include 3,077 SF of ground floor retail. Completion is expected in late 2018.
