November 6, 2017

Tectonic has released new photos of the Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed 111 Murray Street, which is under development by Fisher Brothers, Witkoff Group and New Valley in Tribeca. The residential tower topped-out in August 2017 and rises 58-stories, 800'. The final pieces of the glass crown is now being installed as the tower powers toward completion, which is expected for next year (2018). 111 Murray Street will feature 157 condominium residences and will also have 2,000 SF of ground-floor retail. Units will come in 1 to 5-bedroom floor-plans with pricing starting at $2.5 million for a 1/1 unit, and ranges up to $18.9 million for a 5/5 unit. Units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak herringbone floors, and marble waterfall countertops in the kitchen. The amenities are one of the major selling points of the building, which include a concierge jet service, a hammam, a private drybar, a 75' lap pool and a 3,000 SF fitness center. 111 Murray Street is over 70% sold and expected to be completed in 2018.
