Jersey City’s new luxury rental tower, Vantage, has revealed its five-star amenity spaces. The 45-story tower was designed by S9 Architecture and features 448 apartment residences located at 33 Park View Avenue in Liberty North Harbor. Apartment layouts range from studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom residences and range in size from 550 SF to 1,300 SF. Pricing starts in the low $2,000's per month and units feature floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, state-of-the-art health club, screening room, children's playroom, dining room, cyber cafe a landscaped 6th floor pool deck complete with a full-sized basketball court; there is also a 45th floor lounge dubbed Vantage Point Sky Lounge, offering residents dramatic views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. Vantage was developed by Fisher Development Associates with leasing exclusively handled by The Marketing Directors.
