The Helmut Jahn-designed 64-story Financial District skyscraper 50 West Street has revealed its luxurious amenities. With interiors by Thomas Juul-Hansen, featured amenities include a 60' tile indoor pool, a cedar-lined sauna, golf simulator, billiards room, movie theater, and state-of-the-art fitness center, amongst others. The layout includes a Water Club which provides a spa-like experience and features the pool and sauna along with a a marble steam room, a jacuzzi and experimental showers. There is a Fitness Center with a gym, yoga studio, spin studio, golf simulator and spa treatment rooms. On the entertainment level there is a game room with billiards, library, movie theater, children's playroom and a demonstration kitchen. There will be an outdoor terrace with gas barbecues and outdoor summer kitchens along with dining areas. On the rooftop there will be an observation deck private for residents.The tower rises 64-stories and is being developed by Time Equities, Inc. 50 West Street features 191 unit with pricing starting at $2.43 million for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and ranges up to $24.54 million for a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit.
