Pritzker Prize-winning architect Álvaro Siza's first project in the United States is coming to Hell's Kitchen. Located at the intersection of West 56th Street and Eleventh Avenue, the project will rise 35-stories and feature 80 condo units which range from 1 to 4-bedrooms. Amenities will include a fitness center, landscaped rooftop garden and entertainment space. The residential tower is being developed by Sumaida+Khurana and LENY who purchased the site for $55 million and have recently received a $36 million acquisition loan. Leonard Steinberg and Debra LaChance from Compass are the exclusive sales team with sales expected to launch in fall 2018. Construction is expected to break-ground soon with expected completion in 2019.
