The Long Delayed 456 Greenwich Street Hotel in TriBeCa Finally Breaks Ground

Caspi Development, Mactaggart Family & Partners, and Barone Management have finally broken ground on the long delayed 456 Greenwich Street hotel development in TriBeCa. The hotel will rise 8-stories, 110', and was designed by Stephen B. Jacobs with interiors by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. In total 456 Greenwich Street will feature 94,000 SF of total development while bringing 96 hotel rooms to the area. The hotel will also features 6 food and entertainment options, a fitness center, spa, meeting room, rooftop pool, screening room an an interior courtyard. 456 Greenwich Street will span between Desbrosses Street as well as between Greenwich and Washington Street. A deal has been reached with an internationally acclaimed hotel operator to operate the hotel who will be announced in 2018. The hotel is expected to open to visitors in 2020.
