The Slope on Fifth Tops Off in Park Slope, Brooklyn

The Slope on Fifth, a new six-story mixed-use development located at 445 5th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn, has officially topped off. The building is being developed by RJ Capital Holdings and is designed by Tahir Demircioglu Architect. The Slope on Fifth will feature 30 condominium units, 24 enclosed parking spaces and storage for 25 bicycles. The building will also offer 23,359 SF of commercial space.

Residences come in several layouts ranging from one to three bedrooms, as well as five luxurious penthouses. Sizes range from 630 SF to 1,557 SF residences and are from $1.04 million to $2.725 million. Amenities include a gym, lounge, game room, business center and roof deck with BBQ. Sales and marketing are overseen by Modern Spaces.
