The Naftali Group has signed its first retail lease at Williamsburg Wharf with renowned Israeli chef Eyal Shani’s Good People Group, who will open a new restaurant in a 4,000-square-foot space within the $600 million, five-tower project. This development will cover over 1 million square feet and includes 950 residential units across 22-story towers, aiming to create an “urban resort” atmosphere in Williamsburg.

Good People Group, led by Eyal Shani and his partner, Shahar Segal, promise a unique dining concept at Williamsburg Wharf. They operate a portfolio of over 40 restaurants globally, including Malka in Manhattan and Shani is the Executive Chef at Major Food Group’s HaSalon in Miami Beach.

Sales for the first residential tower, One Williamsburg Wharf, began in September, with leasing for subsequent towers expected soon. Move-ins are predicted to start in spring, while retail spaces will welcome tenants in late 2025.

One Williamsburg Wharf features 89 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, designed by Brandon Haw Architecture. Amenities include a 60-foot swimming pool, fitness center, children's playroom, private cinema, and rooftop terrace with views. The building also provides 24-hour concierge services and various parking options to enhance residents' comfort.
