The 18th street project will feature 2 buildings which straddle the High Line featuring a 10-floor east tower and 22-floor west tower. The total development will cover 425,000 SF and feature 17,000 SF of retail space and 175 parking spots. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, residents' lounge, 24-hour security, a link to the High Line, etc. The 22nd Street location will rise 22 floors and will feature 141 condos which will also feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, on-site parking and resident's lounges. Related Companies purchased the 18th street site in 2014 for a record $205 million and executive architects SLCE filed construction permits which have since been approved. Completion of both towers is expected by 2021.
