The master suite features a luxurious five-fixture master bath complete with a custom Corian vanity with fully incorporated sink, Rosa Aurora marble walls and floors, 71 Kaldewei Classic Duo Oval soaking tub, thermostatic temperature control, and radiant heated floors. 67 Franklin Street 6-7A is currently listed for $9,995,000 with Todd Vitolo and Susanne Columbia of Corcoran.

Cast Iron House is a boutique building offering only 13 units, including two exceptional penthouses. At the start of the conversion process, Knightsbridge Properties removed and shipped parts of the building’s original façade to a foundry in Alabama, where each piece was recast to restore all original details. Cast Iron House was designed by Shigeru Ban whose architectural concept incorporates the original cast iron façade as a bottle with each newly built-out reimagined interior as the ship. Despite being known for his modern aesthetic, Ban was able to incorporate many elements of the original building during the design process and this is also his first historic conversion. The conversion was approved immediately by landmarks, both penthouses were strategically designed to appear as though they are floating from street level, achieved through the use of a steel cantilevered Vierendeel truss. Both penthouse residences will feature open kitchens, living areas with double-height ceilings and over 1,400-square feet of private outdoor space. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, hydrotherapy spa, children's playroom and private on-site storage.
