A New T.F. Cusanelli & Filletti-Designed Mixed-Use Development Is Coming To Williamsburg

A new mixed-use development designed by T.F. Cusanelli & Filletti is coming to 72 South 2nd Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The new development will feature 12,107 SF of total development mixed with commercial, community and residential components. The first floor will feature 3,750 SF of commercial space as well as community facilities, while the upper 4 floors will features 7 condos. The project is being developed by Brooklyn Bardo 72, LLC. Completion is expected in 2019.
