iStar has revealed Asbury Ocean Club as the luxury condo offering as part of their $300 million transformation of Asbury Park, New Jersey. Asbury Ocean Club will be the highest-end offering as part of the mega-project and will rise 17-stories featuring 130 condos along with a 54-room hotel. Residences will range from $900,000 for an 800 SF 1-bedroom to $6 million for a penthouse. The building is being designed by Handel Architects and features interiors by Anda Andrei Design. Amenities will feature a pool and terrace, outdoor bar and grill, garden pavilion with reflecting pool along with a lounge and fireplace. There will also be a 17-seat screening room, state-of-the-art fitness center with ocean views, yoga room, meditation terrace, spa, dog wash, surfboard storage room, game room, event space and a demonstration kitchen. The ground floor will feature retail, a food hall and fine dining offerings. iStar aims to open a members-only beach club by 2020 which will bring another pool, cabanas, bar, and grill.
