Skyline Developers Reveal Bryant Park's First Luxury Rental Building ML House

Skyline Developers Reveal Bryant Park's First Luxury Rental Building ML House

December 11, 2018

Skyline Developers, the New York affiliate of Garden Homes Development, one of the largest family owned and operated residential and commercial builders in the country, has announced the launch of leasing at ML House, the first and only ground-up luxury rental building in Bryant Park. Located at 1050 Sixth Avenue, ML House features a collection of 62 open-concept residences paired with a suite of lifestyle amenities to suit every need, all steps away from one of Manhattan’s most iconic parks.

ML House will welcome residents in early 2019 and is currently taking appointments for leasing. Pricing for ML House ranges from $3,225 per month for a studio to $14,500 per month for the penthouse residence.

“ML House represents the next step in Bryant Park’s evolution into a thriving live, work, play community,” explained Orin Wilf, president of Skyline Developers. “ML House will cater to high-end renters looking to move into an exciting and central neighborhood.”

ML House is designed by New York-based Gene Kaufman Architects. The building rises 25 stories and features 62 homes ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. A selection of residences offer private outdoor space and the building’s stunning penthouse features a private rooftop overlooking Bryant Park. Residences feature wide-plank Northern White Oak hardwood flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the park and skyline. The kitchens feature custom white lacquer cabinetry, Lagos blue Caesarstone countertops and cream mosaic limestone backsplash complemented by polished chrome fixtures throughout. The kitchens are equipped with a Bosch appliance package including a gas range cooktop, and Marvel wine coolers in select homes. Bathrooms feature lacquer vanities with custom vessel sinks, limestone tile flooring, polished stone mosaic showers, and Kaldewei tubs accented by Moen polished chrome fixtures. All two-bedroom homes include Blomberg washers and dryers.

The amenities at ML House include a state-of-the-art fitness studio, complete with Woodway treadmills, Peloton bikes, and Precor strength training equipment; as well as a second floor terrace with an adjacent indoor lounge offers a quiet retreat from the city. ML House has also partnered with Luxury Attaché to provide residents with high-end concierge services including moving assistance, coordination of personal appointments, sought-after dining reservations, event planning and more.

“ML House is designed to incorporate seamlessly into the modern, Manhattan lifestyle,” said Gene Kaufman, Founder and CEO of Gene Kaufman Architect. “Bryant Park has everything you would want in a neighborhood and we carefully crafted ML House, the area’s first new luxury rental building, to complement the surrounding iconic architecture. Many residences directly overlook the park, providing a calm oasis within the city.”

Citi Habitats New Developments is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for ML House.
