New renderings have been revealed for Hudson Yards Autograph Hotel by Marriott which will be located at 432 West 31st Street. The hotel tower is being developed by Arisa Realty and is being designed by Danny Forster Design Studio (DF&A). When complete the 220-key hotel will rise 25-stories with 120,000 SF of total development. Rooms will be located on floors 3-22 with a rooftop terrace on the top. Other amenities include lounges and food/ dining areas. DF&A designed the tower with a V column providing support for the cantilevering building over the lobby area while a second V column supports a 25’ high by 40’ wide glass expanse, offering guests views of the Hudson River. Arisa Realty first purchased the 5,050 SF property for $11 million in 2013. A potential date for groundbreaking has yet to be announced.
