ALTA LIC, Long Island City's First Co-Living Project, To Launch Leasing This Spring

Simon Baron Development and Quadrum Global have announced that they will launch leasing in Spring 2018 of ALTA LIC, their new rental project in Long Island City which will offer both standard rentals and co-living opportunities. Co-Living units will be managed by Ollie, an "all-inclusive" management firm. ALTA LIC was designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group with interiors by Andre Kikoski.

ALTA LIC rises 43-stories and features 467 rental units. Standard rents will start around $2,375 for a studio, $2,799 month for a 1-bedroom, and $4,025 for a 2-bedroom layout. For co-living suites, the rent will start for 2-bedroom units at $3,224 month net which will equate to $1,376 month per resident. Pricing includes full-service by Ollie including housekeeping, toiletries by Malin + Goetz and "premium TV programming." Amenities for the entire building include an indoor pool, gym, yoga studio, co-working space, outdoor movie theater and pet friendly services.
