RedSky Capital Reveals Morris Adjmi Architects-Designed Mixed-Use Project in Williamsburg

RedSky Capital has revealed their new mixed-use project located at 658 Driggs Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn which will be designed by Internationally acclaimed architectural firm Morris Adjmi Architects. The project will rise 5-stories, 60', and feature 20 residential units and 4,088 SF of ground-floor retail space, all spread over 26,826 SF of total development. The residential component of the project is expected to hit the market as apartment rentals. RedSky Capital has just filed their final proposal for permitting. The project has not yet broken ground and no estimated completion date has been set for the project yet.
