Marmol Radziner Tabbed As Interior Designer For Brooklyn Height's New Pier 6 Condo, Quay Tower

Marmol Radziner Tabbed As Interior Designer For Brooklyn Height's New Pier 6 Condo, Quay Tower

April 26, 2018

Developers RAL Companies and Oliver’s Realty Group have tabbed Marmol Radziner to design the interiors for Quay Tower, their highly anticipated, Brooklyn Heights condo development at Pier 6, Brooklyn Bridge Park. Marmol Radziner has repeatedly been named to the AD100, the California-based firm is known for its work at the Kaufman Desert House in Palm Springs and for designing homes for celebrities such as Demi Moore, Larry Gagosian and Anthony Kiedis. Quay Tower represents the firm’s first East Coast residential project.

Quay Tower will rise 28-stories and offer 126 two- to five-bedroom homes and exquisite amenity spaces. Marmol Radziner designed the residences to harmonize nature and structure, complementing the active lifestyle afforded by the building’s unique location. Finishes combine rich, mixed woods, luxe metals and natural stones. Custom kitchens feature white oak cabinetry that provide a seamless contrast with slabs of leathered-finish quartzite countertops and satin bronze accents, while oversized master bathrooms are clad in hand-selected Alabastrino Rustico travertine marble. Pricing will start at $1.9 million and sales are expected to launch later this spring.
