Adam America Real Estate and co-developer Slate Property Group are preparing to launch sales at The Brooklyn Grove, located 10 Nevins Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Sales will be overseen by the Aguayo Team with Halstead Property Development Marketing. The 183 unit, 27-story project is being developed in collaboration with ODA New York, who designed the interiors with Stephen B. Jacobs as the architect of record. Condos will range from studio to three-bedroom floor plans starting at $590,000 and range to over $2.5 million. Amenities at The Brooklyn Grove will include a fitness center, aquatic center, residents lounge, amongst others. In January 2018 it was reported that Adam America Real Estate Group and Slate Property Group had locked in a $104 million construction loan with financing provided by Bank of the Ozarks and iStar Financial for the project.
