Sharif El-Gamal's Soho Properties' 45 Park Place has hit vertical rise and will soon join the FiDi skyline when it tops out at 43-stories and 667'. The tower was designed by SOMA Architects and Ismael Leyva with interior design by the world renowned Piero Lissoni. Pricing starts around $3,400 SF with one-bedrooms starting at $1.92 million, two-bedrooms start at $3.73 million, three-bedrooms start at $4.6 million, and four-bedroom units start at $10.5 million. There will also be two duplex penthouses which are priced at $39 million and $41 million. Sales launched in summer 2017 at the project's Tribeca sales gallery with sales being exclusively overseen by Corcoran Sunshine.
