Brooklyn Height's Tallest Condo Building 67 Livingston Launches Sales

Brooklyn Height's Tallest Condo Building 67 Livingston Launches Sales

May 25, 2018

Silverback Development has launched sales at 67 Livingston, Brooklyn Height's tallest residential building. The predominately brownstone neighborhood is not known for new development, making the tower a unique product for the market.

"67 Livingston marks the arrival of a very rare type of inventory in Brooklyn Heights," said Josh Schuster, managing principal and founder of Silverback Development. "We expect the building to appeal to buyers looking for the best of both worlds. They will have the benefit of protected, panoramic views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the harbor, as well as the close proximity to the charming promenade and sought-after attractions of this iconic brownstone neighborhood."

"BOLD is thrilled to be part of the team for this transformative project in Brooklyn Heights," said Jordan Sachs, Founder and CEO of BOLD New York. "This building will resonate with our buyers; full-floor residences taht provide expansive views is rare here. When coupled with HOT and CetraRuddy's exceptional designs - 67 Livingston will deliver an unparalleled product to the neighborhood."

The 29-story building will feature 21 full-floor residences and one duplex-penthouse with outdoor space and panoramic views. The building’s exterior is being reimagined by HTO Architect, and CetraRuddy is transforming the interiors. Residences range in size from two-to-three bedroom residences, 1,700 SF to 3,400 SF respectively. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, landscaped rooftop terrace, entry courtyard, rear courtyard with salon, children’s playroom, catering kitchen with resident lounge, Simone Zenardi and Valentino Sole-designed wine cellar, and bicycle storage.

Pricing starts at $2.395 million and the occupancy is slated for Fall 2018. Sales are being exclusively marketed by BOLD New York.
