Hudson Companies is gearing up to launch leasing at The Clark, their new ground-up residential rental project in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn. The 8-story project features 170 luxury rental apartments located at 310 Clarkson Avenue. Residences will range from studio to 3-bedroom layouts and will feature hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, Caeserstone countertops, in-unit washer & dryer, and select units will have balconies.
Amenities include a dog park, residents lounge, gym, covered parking, and a landscaped rooftop terrace with barbecuing facilities and private garden plots that can be rented from the building management
Pricing will start at $1,900 per month and Hudson Companies is offering 1 month free on a 13-month lease.
A second phase of the project will bring another 8-story building with 250 apartments which is expected to open in 2020.
