Get A First Look At The Sales Gallery At Brooklyn Point, Brooklyn's Tallest Tower

May 31, 2018

In the last few weeks since launching sales, Brooklyn Point has rolled out its new sales gallery designed by AD100 designer Katherine Newman. Newman designed the sales gallery to communicate the overall design aesthetic of the building. In addition to two kitchen models and full bathroom, the spaces includes several vignettes of the amenities spaces, including the lobby, bar and lounge. Sales and marketing are being exclusively overseen by Extell Marketing Group.

"Our firm has built a reputation of creating quality developments throughout the city known for their striking architecture, sophisticated interior design and luxury amenities. We are excited and proud to now offer the same level of quality and craftsmanship in Brooklyn," said Gary Barnett, President and Founder of Extell Development Company. "Brooklyn Point not only offers the widely-recognized superior Extell product but also a smart investment opportunity within a thriving neighborhood; not available anywhere else in Brooklyn."

Brooklyn Point is Extell Development's first building in Brooklyn. The skyline changing tower will rise 68 stories and 720', Brooklyn Point will be one of the tallest, and most luxurious, buildings on the Brooklyn skyline. Brooklyn Point was designed by acclaimed architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), and is the final phase of Downtown Brooklyn's City Point, to complement the character and quality of the previous City Point buildings. The tower will feature 458 studio to 3-bedroom luxury residences which will feature custom interiors with prices beginning at $840,000. The building will also feature 40,000 SF of lifestyle amenities and services which include abundant entertainment areas and unrivaled outdoor amenities. Brooklyn Point is located at 1 City Point (aka 138 Willoughby Street), where residents will have access to over 600,000 SF of incredible retail including Trader Joe’s, the much-hyped DeKalb Market (with over 40 epicurean vendors) and the stylish Alamo Drafthouse Cinema that serves cocktails and creative bites seat-side.
