Douglas Elliman has announced that it has expanded its presence with acquisition of two branches of Space Marketing Shop, a boutique real estate firm specializing in high-end residential properties. Space Marketing was co-founded in 2011 by business partners, Edward Cho and Aran Scott. The partners have since grown the firm to over 30 agents to date, and over $500 million in sales.

The Long Island City branch located at 47-36 Vernon Blvd, and led by Cho, will be joining Elliman as The Cho Team, and will include 18 agents and one administrator. The Brooklyn branch located at 190 5th Avenue in Park Slope, and led by Scott and Anthony Robles, will be joining Elliman as the Scott / Robles Team, and will include nine agents and one administrator. Both teams will continue to work out of their existing office spaces.
