New Renderings Revealed Of IMC Architecture-Designed 326 Avenue U in Brooklyn

IMC Architecture has revealed a first look at 326 Avenue U in Gravesend, Brooklyn, which is being developed by Vardo Construction Corporation. The developer filed for permits in May 2018, although none have yet been approved. 326 Avenue U will rise 55' and will feature 9,060 SF of total development spread over 5-condos; one of which will be a duplex penthouse. Residences each will encompass the entire floor, averaging 1,270 SF and will feature terraces. Amenities include a recreation room in the cellar. IMC Architecture designed the building around their commitment to creating sustainable communities. No estimated groundbreaking or completion date has been set at this time.
