First Look Inside The Highest Terraced Penthouse In NYC At The Robert A.M. Stern-Designed 30 Park Place

30 Park Place Four Seasons Downtown New York has revealed the highest-terraced penthouse in New York City. The 82nd floor penthouse, which is furnished by IMG, is perched 870' above the Manhattan streets and crowns the top of the Robert A.M. Stern-designed tower. The residences features a sprawling 4,538 SF, with 3-bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, spread across an entire floor and features four corner outdoor terraces that offer 360-degree panoramic views of Midtown Manhattan, the Hudson and East Rivers, the New York Harbor and Statue of Liberty. The residence features floor-to-ceiling windows, a reception hall to welcome guests, library with a St. Tropez limestone fireplace, formal dining room with adjacent family room, butler's pantry and a master bedroom suite with dual marble master bathrooms.

30 Park Place features nearly 40,000 SF of amenities, as well as a full suite of hotel services, all managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Amenities include a 75' swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, spa, salon, parking garage, meeting rooms, ballrooms, and a restaurant and bar including CUT by Wolfgang Puck, the celebrity chef and restaurateur’s first and only New York restaurant. The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown sits below the private residences at 30 Park Place and occupies the first 24 floors.

30 Park Place, Penthouse 82 is currently listed for $30 million with Corcoran.
