The Handel Architects-designed Summit, located at 222 East 44th Street, has released new renderings as construction is moving fast towards completion in Midtown. Summit is already an iconic tower on midtown's skyline having passed topped out and construction crews are now focusing on the installation of the building's façade. Summit rises 556' and will offer 429 apartment rentals, 109 of which were dedicated as affordable housing, along with 7,160 SF of ground floor retail. Amenities include 231 on-site parking spots, a fitness center with basketball court and squash court, a 41st-floor lounge with dining room, a screening room, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a shared outdoor terrace on the fourth floor.
