New York-based real estate developer Extell Development Company has announced that its Jersey Shore project, The Lofts Pier Village, is nearing 50% sold as 100 units have been sold less then one year after launching sales including a penthouse for $2.75 million. The Lofts Pier Village is Extell Development Group's first New Jersey development and will feature 245 condos located on Ocean Avenue in Long Branch, NJ.
