Get A First Look At The Newly Unveiled Renderings Of 25 Park Row On The Former J&R Music World Site

New details and renderings have been revealed of 25 Park Row, the new construction luxury condominium coming to the former J&R Music & Computer World site on Park Row, which sits directly across from City Hall Park. The project is being developed by the family behind J&R Music World in partnership with L+M Development Partners. The project is being designed by COOKFOX and features 110 residences which range from 1 to 5 bedrooms. Every residence features views overlooking City Hall Park. Views extend to panoramas of the Hudson River, the Woolworth Building, the Brooklyn Bridge, and One World Trade. Sales are expected to launch in the fall of 2018 and the developers just launched a new website www.25parkrow.com. Pricing will start at an estimated $1,657,000 for a one bedroom residence with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group as the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the project. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness offering includes 65’ sunlit swimming pool, landscaped dining terrace, outdoor lawn and play area, and on-site parking through a discreet Theater Alley entrance.
