Slate Property Group has revealed a Hill West Architects-designed 40-story tower at 570 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Slate Property Group has proposed to amend zoning and is currently awaiting approvals. The current zoning code would cap out the building at 20-stories. The project would feature 139 apartment residences, 30 will be affordable housing, as well as office space catered toward local or boutique businesses.
