The C3D-Designed 76 Bowery Street Tops Off In Chinatown Nearing A 2019 Completion

March 25, 2019

The C3D-designed 76 Bowery Street has topped off in Chinatown at Diamond Corner and construction teams will begin installing the glass curtain wall as the building is powering towards completion. Demolition permits were first issued for the building that previously existed on the site in March 2017. The building rises 8 stories, 85’, and will feature 14,488 SF of office space. The property is being developed by Stephen Dadourain and Titan Realty & Construction is the general contractor overseeing construction. 76 Bowery Street will feature an industrial style, bronze-colored exterior steel frame with a 600+ SF rear terrace on the 2nd floor and a 700+ SF rooftop deck. 76 Bowery Street is expected to be completed in late 2019.
