The 72-unit Shore House is part of the larger Park and Shore development, the first condominium in the area in nearly a decade and Jersey City's fastest-selling new development. The development was constructed by Plaza Construction, one of the nation’s leading construction management and general contracting companies and the sister-company of Strategic Capital, and has been completed one month earlier than anticipated.
