$15.5 Million Penthouse Designed By Ryan Korban Hits The Market At 40 Bleecker In NoHo

One of the last remaining penthouse units a 40 Bleecker designed by celeb-go-to interior designer Ryan Korban has hit the market for $15.5 million. 40 Bleecker is making waves in the NYC real estate market as Korban’s first and highly anticipated new 12 story, luxury ground-up condominium project in Manhattan's NoHo neighborhood. 40 Bleecker is being developed by Broad Street Development features architecture by Rawlings Architects. The 4 bed- 5 bath, 3,528SF residence, Penthouse E, features enormous banks of windows that allow in plenty of natural light, and custom-designed finishes that he hand-selected with a richly layered palette of materials.

Korban designed the penthouse with the finest finishings throughout. In the master baths, Korban custom-designed the marble vanities that are surrounded by a reflective layer of mirror and glass to amplify both space and light. Echoing the adjacent living rooms, the master baths floors consist of Grigio dove and Calcutta moon light marble layered in a chevron pattern. Bookmatched marble hoods in the kitchen are another custom-design by Korban, and present throughout the residences and sourced from recycled wine barrels crafted by the finest tradesmen and artisans in northern Italy, is Listone Giordano French Oak chevron flooring. A luminous great room features a stunning stone fireplace as the centerpiece of the room which opens onto an expansive private terrace. The residence features 830 SF of exterior space, sliding glass doors reveal stunning Manhattan skyline views, a rarity for Noho. Delivered with completed landscaping by AD100 landscape architect, Edmund Hollander Landscape Design, multiple seating areas and a variety of plantings designed for a lush nature setting cap off the residence.
