Woolworth Tower Residences Reveal Collection of Pavilion Private Residences

Woolworth Tower Residences Reveal Collection of Pavilion Private Residences

June 1, 2019

Alchemy Properties has revealed a first look inside the completed Pavilion residences, a collection of unique residences at Woolworth Tower Residences where the developer has overseen the renovation of the top 30 floors of the Woolworth building into luxury condominiums. The collection includes two duplex, loft-like residences spanning the 29th floor. Of the two residences in the collection, Pavilion A with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths plus 2 half baths, is currently on the market and was just listed for $33.35 million. Pavilion B. the 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom residence was modeled out for the purpose of showcasing the interiors, but is not currently listed.

Both residences have incredible duplex terraces with cinematic views of the surrounding cityscape in addition to unique sightlines of the building itself. Residence features include an expansive professional kitchen that has been outfitted with custom Dada cabinetry crafted by the Molteni Group, Calacatta Caldia marble countertops, and integrated Dornbracht fixtures. A full suite of Miele appliances, inclusive of a wine fridge and two dishwashers, truly makes this kitchen extraordinary. The great room, adjacent to the open kitchen, reaches over 52’ in length, offering the ability to customize and accommodate several different layouts. The master suite is outfitted with a morning kitchen, private access to the terrace and a walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom boasts a steam shower, freestanding Porcelanosa soaking tub, dual vanity with Dornbracht platinum-finish fixtures, and Calacatta Caldia radiant heat floors.

The Woolworth Tower Residences encompass floors 29-58 of the iconic Woolworth Building, originally designed by Cass Gilbert in 1913 as a commission from retail magnate F. W. Woolworth. Over a century later, developer Alchemy Properties has transformed the top of the building into a truly special residential offering where buyers have the chance to own a contemporary home within a piece of New York history. The Woolworth Tower Residences are comprised of 33 loft-like condominiums, ranging from one- to- four bedrooms with exquisite finishes designed by Thierry Despont, state-of-the-art appliances, soaring ceilings, and incredible river, park and cityscape views, all paired with luxurious amenities updated to house modern conveniences.
