The Twine on Park Place Launches Sales In Brooklyn's Prospect Heights Neighborhood

June 5, 2019

The Twine on Park Place, a fusion of two landmark townhouses which have been reborn as seven spectacular residences in Prospect Heights, has launched sales. Located at 218-220 Park Place, on one most desirable and convenient blocks in Brooklyn, the restored original facades, with contrasting architectural styles, offer extraordinary curb appeal. 218 Park Place is an Italianate/Second Empire brownstone built in 1881 with stylized, classical details and mansard roof and 220 Park Place is a unique Queen Anne brick home from 1884. Alex Maroni of Douglas Elliman will be overseeing the sales and marketing for the project which is being developed by BKNYRE and designed by S3 Architecture.

The converted five-story elevator buildings include seven residences, which feature hand-selected rift sawn white oak floors, Marvin windows, multi-zoned heating and cooling, private outdoor space for most units, high-end kitchens and baths, Virtual Doorman and high-speed internet. Each residence is different and offers its own distinct lifestyle. The chef’s kitchens feature appliances by Wolf, Subzero, Bosch, Miele, white quartz counters, and custom white oak cabinetry. Baths feature radiant heat, Hansgrohe fixtures, and floor to ceiling tile.

Units range from 779 SF to 2,459 SF with with prices for the two and three bedroom residences ranging between $1,250,000 and $3,500,000. Occupancy is slated for Fall 2019.
