99 Hudson New Jersey's Tallest Building Has Closed First 70 Condos

99 Hudson New Jersey's Tallest Building Has Closed First 70 Condos

November 30, 2020

99 Hudson, the tallest building in New Jersey, has recently completed exterior construction and the first 70 homes have closed. The condominium is 79 stories tall on Downtown Jersey City’s riverfront directly across the river from the World Trade Center. 99 Hudson is developed by COA 99 Hudson, LLC, with expectations to have around 150 closings by the end of year.

The condominium is built with a signature limestone and glass exterior designed by Perkins Eastman. The inside houses 781 condos featuring studios, one and two-bedrooms with limited expansive Penthouses. Residences range from around $548,000 to over $4 million. 99 Hudson also has 65,000 sq.ft. of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Indoor amenities include a fitness center, game rooms, golf simulator, screening room, demonstration kitchen, and children’s playroom. There is even a 99 Hudson Club room including a library perfect for working-from-home, lounging or even entertaining. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool with cabanas, BBQ stations, and playground.

“There’s a new energy and strong sense of community permeating the building now that so many residents have moved in,” said Jacqueline Urgo, President of The Marketing Directors, 99 Hudson’s exclusive sales and marketing agent. “The robust activity is also resonating with new buyers from both sides of the river who are ready to upgrade their lifestyle and feel confident in doing so at 99 Hudson.”

99 Hudson is located at 99 Hudson Street, Jersey City, just steps away from the PATH station for an easy commute to New York City. Downtown Jersey City is an up-and-coming arts and cultural hub attracting new home owners by offering an array of popular shops and restaurants.
