Quay Tower: A condominium in Brooklyn Heights designed by ODA's Eran Chen with interiors by AD100 firm Marmol Radziner. The grand lobby is designed to blend seamlessly with Pier 6 in Brooklyn Park, located right outside the building. The lobby has floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful landscaping on the exterior.

111 Montgomery: Located just around the corner from Prospect Park and Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. The lobby is designed by Mesarch Studio to bring the gardens inside. The main feature is a living green wall creating a relaxing aura to residents as they enter and exit the condo.

Front & York: Michael Van Valkenburgh designed a 25,000 sq.ft. private garden in this condo in DUMBO that resembles a garden square in Europe. Morris Adjmi, the architect, designed a lobby that transports residents through the green space that resembles walking through a park.
