100-Year Old Building Is Reimagined Into A Luxury Residence With Images Unveiled

100-Year Old Building Is Reimagined Into A Luxury Residence With Images Unveiled

December 14, 2020

New photography is unveiled of a nearly 100-year old building, that once was Brooklyn’s hottest destination, reimagined into a collection of luxury residences mixed with character and history. One Prospect Park West will be design studio WORKSTEAD’s first residential project. The building was formerly the Knights of Columbus clubhouse and Park Slop’s hottest society destination and is located directly on Prospect Park.

The Knights of Columbus originally built this site in 1925 to serve as a lavish hotel and clubhouse. They also hosted Park Slope society events for almost 40 years. Developer Sugar Hill Capital Partners teamed up with design firms WORKSTEAD and ASH NYC to transform this piece of history into a collection of luxury residences. New photography unveiled the very first residence outfitted by ASH NYC. This residence is a three-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bathroom condo with views of Prospect Park.

One Prospect Park West recently made a record breaking sale of the most expensive condominium to ever go into contract in the Park Slope neighborhood. Residences offer traditional pre-war inspired details mixed with modern crafted design elements attracting new buyers to this area. Residents will also have access to amenities designed by WORKSTEAD including a basketball court, movement studio, fitness center, spa, library and rooftop deck complete with an apple orchard. Prospect Park, Brooklyn, is a vibrant neighborhood known for world-class restaurants, green space, boutiques and lively nightlife. One Prospect Park West is within minutes of the Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden and more popular sites making this reimagined building a desirable destination.
