The Parker, A new boutique condominium in the heart of the Upper West Side has just launched sales last Friday. The new development is named after Dorothy Parker, a famous American poet and writer, located on the site of her New York childhood home. The original home was a gray-stone townhouse that was torn down two years to build the new 22-story luxury boutique property.
