Park and Shore, Jersey City's gold coasts' newest luxury condominium, officially celebrated its topping out to wrap up a successful March 2018. The milestone was announced by developer Strategic Capital, the investment arm of China Construction America, and construction manager and general contractor Plaza Construction.
