Fashion scion Massimo Ferragamo, son of Salvatore Ferragamo, has listed his duplex co-op located atop the prewar J.E.R. Carpenter-designed 655 Park Avenue for $18 million. The palatial residence has been Ferragamo's home for over 20 years.
