Ellipse is Open for Business as LeFrak Announces That Move-Ins Have Begun

LeFrak announced last week (September 7, 2017) that the first move-ins have begun at Ellipse, their 42-story luxury rental tower in Jersey City’s thriving Newport community. Since launching leasing in April the response has been swift, with the building nearly 60% leased.

LeFrak has unveiled some photos of the trendy model units at their new Murray Hill Marquis, which offers 260 luxury rental residences in the Murray Hill neighborhood. The model units include a north-facing 1-bedroom, a south-east facing studio and a north-facing studio. The Murray Hill Marquis is a luxury rental conversion of a former boutique hotel. The building rises 37-stories and is located at 150 East 34th Street. The no-fee rentals come in studio and 1-bedroom floorplans, and the units are completely renovated with large windows, open floor plans, modern upgrades and appliances; along with stunning river and city views including of the Chrysler Building. Current availability begins at $2,575 for studios, and one month free is being offered on select units.

LeFrak has announced the launch of leasing at Murray Hill Marquis, a 260-room rental building in the thriving Murray Hill neighborhood. Formerly a boutique hotel, the building was converted into spacious rentals and joins LeFrak’s portfolio of signature Marquis-brand properties throughout Manhattan. The 37-story rental property is located at 150 East 34th Street offers 260 completely renovated no-fee studio and one-bedroom apartments with large windows and open floor plans. The residences will also feature stunning river and city views including sights of the Chrysler Building. An extensive renovation will transform the interiors with modern upgrades and finishes, including new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances and dishwashers, Caesarstone quartz counters, hardwood oak floors, open kitchen layouts in most units, individually controlled thermostats, and prewiring for phone, cable, WiFi, and Verizon FiOs services. New Drone Photos Unveiled of the Arquitectonica Designed Ellipse in Jersey City

Ellipse, the Arquitectonica designed, 41-story, luxury rental tower in Jersey City has released new, never-seen-before drone shots. Ellipse was developed by LeFrak and marks Arquitectonica's first project in Jersey City. The tower is located in the hot Newport neighborhood on the Hudson River waterfront and features 381 rental apartment units with views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. Units range from studio to 3 bedroom floor-plans with 5 penthouses, two of which are 4 bedrooms. Ellipse is oval in design with a distinct elliptical shape and glass façade. Over 30 years ago LeFrak spearheaded change as one of the first developers in the 600-acre district, which is now the largest mixed-use community in the United States. Move-in is expected by the end of summer. 

LeFrak is Back in Manhattan, To Convert Affinia Dumont Hotel to Rental Apartments

LeFrak is back in Manhattan where they will be converting the former Affinia Dumont Hotel into residential rental apartments to be named Murray Hill Marquis. Murray Hill Marquis will feature 260 newly renovated studio and one-bedroom apartments spread over 37 stories. Pricing is expected to range between $2,575 per month and $3,425 per month. Units will feature open floor plans, large windows with Manhattan city views, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, stainless steel kitchen appliances and hardwood floors. Amenities at Murray Hill Marquis include gym, yoga studio, residents lounge, co-working space and a 24-hour concierge.
