Downtown Manhattan's tallest condominium tower, 30 Park Place Four Seasons Private Residences, has just unveiled its last half floor Penthouse which is asking $16.45 million. The project, which is over 90% sold, was designed by Robert A.M. Stern as a timeless, pre-war design.
