Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich's Upper East Side megamansion redesign, which PROFILEnyc reported at the end of October would be up for review by the Landmarks Preservation Commission, has been approved. The new proposal, which was designed by a world-class group of architects including Stephen Wang + Associates and Herzog & de Meuron.
