Sheldon Solow has revealed the first renderings of his new condominium tower located at 7 West 57th Street, next door to his iconic 9 West 57th Street. 7 West 57th is designed by Hill West Architects and will rise 237', 19-floors, and will feature 16-condominium units. In total the tower will feature 32,099 SF with an additional 4,100 SF of retail space on the 1st and 2nd floors. Permits were filed in January 2017 and the site was acquired by Solow in 2005 for $25,550,000. 7 West 57th Street is now currently under construction with expected completion in late 2019.
