Citizen360 is being developed by Anbau and offers a modern take on Upper East Side living with 84 elegant 1-to-4-bedroom residences which feature open city views and interiors by Holistic designer Clodagh. Citizen360 is located at 360 East 89th Street in Yorkville. Amenities include a wellness center with a fitness center by The Wright Fit, a tranquil spa lounge and an infrared sauna; entertainment spaces suited for work, creativity, and play with a multimedia studio, a music studio, an art studio, a children’s playroom, and a screening room; and, for an additional fee, automated parking via the Klaus parking system.
