Extell Development Breaks Into Brooklyn & Launches Teaser Site For The Skyline Changing Brooklyn Point

Extell Development has expanded their reach to Brooklyn, officially launching the teaser site and new renderings for their skyline changing residential tower, Brooklyn Point. Rising 68 stories and 720', Brooklyn Point will be one of the tallest, and most luxurious, buildings on the Brooklyn skyline. Brooklyn Point was designed by acclaimed architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), and is the final phase of Downtown Brooklyn's City Point, to complement the character and quality of the previous City Point buildings. The tower will feature 458 studio to 3-bedroom luxury residences which will feature custom interiors with prices beginning at $840,000. The building will also feature 40,000 SF of lifestyle amenities and services which include abundant entertainment areas and unrivaled outdoor amenities. Brooklyn Point is located at 1 City Point (aka 138 Willoughby Street), where residents will have access to over 600,000 SF of incredible retail including Trader Joe’s, the much-hyped DeKalb Market (with over 40 epicurean vendors) and the stylish Alamo Drafthouse Cinema that serves cocktails and creative bites seat-side. Sales are expected to launch soon with sales and marketing being handled by Extell Marketing Group.
