The COOKFOX-Designed Webster Residences in The Bronx Launches Lottery For Affordable Units

January 21, 2018

After receiving over 55,000 applications in the lottery for 227 affordable apartments last February (2017) for Park House, Breaking Ground has launched the lottery for their 2nd building in the two building development, Webster Residences. The affordable housing offering features 80 studio units available for New York City residents making between $25,029 and $40,080 annually. Prospective tenants will have until March 20, 2018 to apply. Both buildings were designed by COOKFOX and will feature on-site supportive housing and social services along with a fitness room, garden, computer lab, laundry room and bicycle storage. Park House opened in October 2017 the development is located in the Bronx's Tremont neighborhood at Park Avenue and East 178th Street.
