Facade Installation Begins At Handel Architects-Designed Hilton Grand Vacation Hotel In Midtown East

Construction on the Hilton Grand Vacation Hotel in Midtown East is powering towards completion as construction teams have begun the installation of the Handel Architects-designed metal facade. When complete the hotel tower, which is being developed by Hidrock Realty, will rise 31-stories and will feature 161 rooms, an outdoor terrace and ground floor retail. The Hilton Grand Vacation Hotel, which will be located at 12 East 48th Street, will be a timeshare hotel operated by Hilton. Completion is expected in late 2019.
