Check Out These Never-Before-Seen Time-Lapse Videos of DDG's Newly-Completed XOCO 325 & 12 Warren

February 23, 2018

DDG has released never-before-seen time-lapse videos of its two newly-completed, avant-garde luxury condominiums, XOCO 325 and 12 Warren. Situated in Downtown Manhattan, both buildings offer a contrast to the glass and steel towers popping up across the city. Closings have commenced for both buildings and these time-lapse videos offer an incredible way to see these architecturally distinct buildings come from conception to reality in just one minute.

12 Warren, which recently unveiled a stunning triplex townhouse outfitted in the best of Brazilian design for $6.9 million, is in the heart of Tribeca and features a rough-hewn, hand-laid facade comprised of bluestone quarried in Upstate New York. 12 Warren features 13 luxury condominiums including townhouses, full-floor and half-floor residences that are anticipated to be LEED certified for their environmental sustainability features. The majority of residences offer private direct elevator entry and private exterior spaces. Residences on the upper floors offer views of the Hudson River to the west and the Brooklyn Bridge to the east. All residences feature up to 7’ tall windows allowing for abundant natural light and views of Tribeca. Amenities include a fitness center, 24-hour doorman and concierge service, and private storage for purchase.

XOCO 325 features 22 LEED certified condominium residences in the heart of Soho on West Broadway. This ground up new construction was inspired by 19th century cast iron buildings and features a unique cast aluminum façade with vertical gardens over a glass curtain wall. Many residences offer private terraces and balconies. Amenities include a 24/7 concierge, custom designed fitness studio, a private garden, private storage and bicycle storage available for purchase.
